TAD Preparation

Transit Accompanying Documents printed and ready for the driver

The Transit Accompanying Document (TAD) is the paper document that physically travels with the goods during a transit movement. It carries the MRN as a barcode and is presented at every office of transit and office of destination.

We generate the TAD as soon as NCTS accepts the declaration, send it to your driver, agent or freight forwarder, and stay available in case of route changes or in-transit incidents.

How It Works

  1. 1Declaration lodged and MRN issued by NCTS
  2. 2TAD generated and quality-checked
  3. 3Document sent to driver/agent (PDF or print-ready)
  4. 4On-call support during the entire movement
